Terms of Use
Updated October 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Height Kit app. By using it, you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Who can use Height Kit
Height Kit is for teens 13 and up and for parents. If you're under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission. Parents can set it up to track children of any age.
Not medical advice
Height Kit coaches healthy habits: eating, sleep, activity, and tracking height over time. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it can't promise any height. Calorie and protein targets and photo estimates are rough guides. If you have questions about growth, nutrition, or health, talk to a doctor. Stop any activity that hurts.
Membership
- Height Kit needs a membership: $59.99 a year or $9.99 a month (or your local price), charged to your Apple account.
- Memberships renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Family Sharing lets up to five family members use one membership.
Photo scans
Members get up to 15 photo meal scans a day. Please only send photos of food. We may limit or pause scans to keep the service working for everyone.
Using it fairly
Don't misuse the app or its service, try to get around limits, or use it to break the law.
No warranty
Height Kit is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Please use the support link on Height Kit's App Store page.
