Restore a membership
New phone or reinstalled? Tap Restore on the membership screen, or Profile → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple account you bought with.
Cancel or change your plan
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Height Kit, or Profile → Manage subscription in the app.
A teen asked to buy
With Family Sharing's Ask to Buy, Height Kit unlocks as soon as a parent approves the request.
Photo scans
Members get 15 photo meal scans a day, reset at midnight UTC. If a scan doesn't spot food, try again with the whole plate in view. Quick amounts and typed calories always work.
Delete your data
Everything is stored on your phone. Remove a child from Profile, or delete the app to remove everything.
